NAMPA — Nampa’s city council Monday voted three to one to change the name of East Powerline Road to Victory Road. Five residents of the road opposed the decision in the public hearing before the council. Stephen Kren, Martin Thorne and Pam White voted for the change. Curtis Homer voted against it.
